James Walter is a professor of Bioethics, the Director and Chair of Loyola Marymount University's Bioethics Institute, and a working bioethicist in medical settings serving low-income communities.

Professor Walter spoke today about the ethical dimensions of California Proposition 71, a measure that would provide $3 billion in support for stem cell research.
