Mardi Wormhoudt, Supervisor, District 3, Santa Cruz County, California

Mardi Wormhoudt represents the 3rd District on the Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors.

Supervisor Wormhoudt was instrumental in the passage of a recent county ordinance raising to three pounds from eight ounces the amount of dried marijuana that registered users of medical marijuana are entitled to possess, under the terms of California Health & Safety Code 11362.5, implemented by Proposition 215, as amended by SB 420.

She spoke about that ordinance today during a joint interview with Etopia Media Medical News Network and California Politics Today.
